Headshot and Portrait Pricing Terms and Conditions
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please note the following policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session without charge if notified more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation: If a client cancels, no refund will be issued.
Session Expiry: If the client does not reschedule within 30 days of the original session date, the session will be considered canceled.
Late Arrival: If the client is more than 45 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered canceled if there is no slack in the schedule for that day, and no refund will be provided.
Completion Schedule/Retouching:
Completion Schedule: Proof is normally available within 48 hours, and the final image is typically delivered within 24 hours of receipt of final payment.
Responsibility for Delays: The photographer is not held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure.
Retouching Requests: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Unique retouching requests should be made at the time of the session. Anything beyond the normative style, as displayed on our website, will be charged at a rate of $50/hour.
Copyright and Reproductions:
Ownership: The photographer retains copyright and exclusive rights to all images created. Exclusive rights include reproductions for marketing, portfolio, sample products, editorial submissions, and display in the photographer’s studio and/or the following photographer's website pages:

Prohibited Actions: Any duplication or alteration of original images without the written permission of the photographer is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the application of filters, cropping, or any modifications.
Digital Copies: Clients receive resized photographs for internet-based usage and print usage. Cropping and resizing are available upon request.
Client Usage:
Commercial Use Exclusion: Commercial use, including paid advertising campaigns or using images on products for sale (e.g., books), is not included in our standard services.
