The property owner/broker/agent is responsible for providing the basic description of the property and community for our input into the AI-enhanced property description tool if this option is selected. Contact us for assistance.
The property owner/broker/agent is responsible for staging the property before services are provided. Please Request Your Free Property Staging Guide for further information. The property must be staged and ready to photograph when we arrive on your scheduled date and time. An additional charge may apply if additional staging modifications are required beyond minor adjustments.
Capital Region Special Flight Rules Affecting Drone Use
Please Note That There Are Stringent Regulations Governing the Operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Within The Washington, D.C., Area. Specifically, Flights Within a 15-Mile Radius of Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) Fall Under The Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA) And the Flight Restricted Zone (FRZ), Where Drone Operations Are Highly Restricted. UAS Flights Within The FRZ Require A Waiver From The FAA And The TSA Which Can Take Up To 90 Days To Process.
Other Flight Restrictions Apply Outside the FRZ That May Require FAA Authorization Which Can Take 1 Day for Processing. These Restrictions Apply Depending on Proximity to Local Airport Airspace Such as That Surrounding Dulles, Leesburg, and Manassas Airports.
